Yoga Sūtra Chapter Three verse 55

सत्त्वपुरुषयोः शुद्धिसाम्ये कैवल्यम् ॥५५॥

sattva-puruṣayoḥ śuddhi-sāmye kaivalyam ||55||

Equality of purity,
in clarity and animating principle,
is abstraction.
