त्रयमेकत्र संयमः ॥४॥

trayam-ekatra saṃyamaḥ ||4||

The three in the same place is complete restraint.

traya - the three, triple, threefold, consisting of 3, of 3 kindsekatra - in the same placesaṃyama - complete restraint
