Yoga Sūtra Chapter One verse 37

वीतरागविषयम् वा चित्तम् ॥३७॥

vīta-rāga-viṣayaṃ vā cittam ||37||

Or, as an object, a psyche free from attraction.

vīta - free from; smoothrāga - colour; attraction; passion, delight in; vehement desire of; attachment; a musical note, harmony, melodyviṣaya - an object of sense; anything perceptible by the senses; any object of affection or concern or attention - orcitta - psyche (the totality of the human mind, conscious and unconscious); mind; heart
