yogena yogo jñātavyo

yogo yogāt pravartate  |

yo’prama tastu yogena

sa yoge ramate ciram  | |

“Only through Yoga Yoga is known,

Only through Yoga Yoga arises.

One who is diligent with Yoga,

Enjoys Yoga for a long time.”
