Viloma Ujjāyī can be seen in todays Yoga environment
more as a stimulating, or as a Bṛṃhaṇa Kriyā technique.
Here the use of a single channel, only on the inhale, has
a potential to sharpen the individual practitioners focus.
Though for some, the casual application of this unique
sharpening process, as if a general use Prāṇāyāma, can
express itself accumulatively, as if an over-stimulation.
